4 MORE TIPS TO SUCCEED OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

In my first article, I shared my  story on how I successfully integrated the Ugandan milieu (The first multicultural country in Africa with 40% of expatriate from all over the world according to observers) by applying 10 tips learned from my experiences.

I shared my experience with some LinkedIn intercultural experts who agreed with the 10 points and added their own experiences. I have decided to share their views with you.

1- Yes, have fun! To keep myself accepting of and adaptable to change, I try to incorporate one small change or challenge into each day. For example, I could take a different route to my regular stops, be observant to any treasures that may appear and take the opportunity to engage with new people.(Alisa Choi Darcy, Strategic marketer. 2-Go with an open mind, and

3- Have a plan of how to ride the roller coaster of missed expectations or when you find yourself out of your comfort zone. Be it meditation…or taking a walk, having the means to take the adventure mindfully is extremely helpful.(David Sanford, Global trainer/coach (India and more)
